Tutoring pricing is $45 per hour. For families with multiple children, prices can be negotiated. Please contact for details.

Policies

Cancellations

The client/student may cancel a lesson with at least a 24 hour notice, in which no fees will be incurred.

Lessons not attended by the student without giving at least a 24 hour notice will be charged.

Murrell Math Tutoring may cancel lessons by giving at least a 24 hour notice to the client, in which no fees will be incurred and a make-up session will be scheduled.

Late Arrivals or No-Shows

If a client/student is late or does not show, they will be charged for the full session scheduled. Students who arrive late will only be tutored for the remainder of their scheduled session. There will be no prolonged sessions.

Please call or text if you are running late.

In addition, if you are sick, please call or text as soon as possible. We understand that kids and parents get sick at the last minute, in which a Zoom session is possible (Please see the “Zoom Session” section below). If Kevin is sick, he will let you know as soon as possible, and a make-up session will be scheduled at the student/client’s earliest convenience.

In the case of poor weather and/or power outages that prevents a successful tutoring session, options will be discussed so that everyone stays safe. Options also include a Zoom Session or rescheduling.

Zoom Sessions

If a Zoom Session is chosen as the tutoring method, please be sure to work in a room with no outside distractions in order to get the most out of your tutoring session (Distractions include: kitchen noises, younger siblings, pets, phone calls, etc…)

Please stay OFF your cell phone during your tutoring session.

Refund Policy

Please be aware that there is a “no refund” policy for all services.

Payment

Payment may be made through the following ways: after a session, or in advance either weekly or monthly.

We accept cash, check, and Venmo.

Murrell Math Tutoring is also a vendor with Clarksville, South Sutter, and Cottonwood Charter Schools.
